First Step Fitness Programme

Sometime through injury or illness, life changing events, lack of motivation or through no choice of your own, you lose the ‘way’ of healthy living. This programme is designed to get you moving again by taking the ‘first step’ towards healthy living. Your first step programme includes motivational coaching and reading material, goal setting, fitness assessment, personal training and access to the rehabilitation portal.
